We have all known that special dog that seems to “get it” from the very first time they take a breath. Those special dogs that are easy to house train, never pull when walking, come when called, and are simply the best of the best. It is our philosophy that all dogs have the potential to be “Man’s Best Friend” but some need a bit more guidance than others. This is where we come into the picture. We are here to help you by building a training program that will fit the needs of your family and build upon the potential of the dog.

Addison Gilliam

About the Trainer

Addison Gilliam started in his early teens as a hobby trainer. During his high school years, he interned the summers with a well-known dog training kennel in the Piedmont of North Carolina. Because of his dedication to the dog training, and his academic success in high school, he was able to graduate early and begin vocational training at one of the best dog training schools in the East Coast, Tarheel Canine Training in Sanford, NC.

Along with pet training, he dedicates time to training dogs for police work and personal protection. His skills in this area include bite-work, decoying, detection, scent work, and tracking among others. Currently, he is preparing his dog, Nyla, for a future in the Protection Sports Association.
